This Privacy Policy explains how CoreSouth, LLC, CoreSouth Madison, LLC, and CoreSouth Guntersville, LLC (collectively, "CoreSouth," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our website, book classes, purchase memberships, or visit our studios.
This policy does not require a signature. You accept it by using our website or services, by purchasing from CoreSouth, or by signing the CoreSouth Membership and Purchase Agreement, which incorporates it by reference. The version in effect on the date you accept is the version that applies to you; we retain dated copies of prior versions and will provide one upon request at info@coresouthlagree.com.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Identity and contact information: name, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone number, and date of birth.
Account and purchase information: membership type and term, class packages, booking history, attendance, and transaction records.
Health and safety information: injuries, conditions, limitations, or physician clearance you disclose to us, and your emergency contact information. We collect this only to help you participate safely.
Communications: messages you send us, feedback, reviews, and support requests.
Media: photographs or video in which you appear, as described in our Client Liability Waiver.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our website we automatically collect usage data including IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. We collect this through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from our scheduling and payment providers, and from social media platforms if you interact with us there.

To provide, operate, and maintain our services, including class booking and studio access

3. Text Messaging and SMS
Consent. We send two kinds of text messages. Transactional messages relate to your account and bookings, such as class reminders, waitlist notifications, schedule changes, and closures. Promotional messages include offers, challenges, and studio news. We send promotional text messages only to individuals who have given prior express written consent, and consent to receive promotional messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Opting out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@coresouthlagree.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sale or sharing of SMS consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
4. Email Communications
We may send you transactional emails about your account and purchases, and marketing emails where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while you hold an active account.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Our processors receive and handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and under applicable payment card industry standards. We retain limited transaction records such as the last four digits of a card, transaction amount, and date.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers: scheduling and membership management platforms, payment processors, email and SMS providers, analytics providers, and IT vendors, each acting on our behalf.
Business partners and affiliates: our affiliated studio entities, to operate across locations.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CoreSouth, our clients, or the public, including in a medical emergency.
With your consent: in any other case where you direct or permit us to share.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the performance of our marketing. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our site function.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain your account and membership records, to resolve disputes, and to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Signed waivers and membership agreements are retained for the period recommended by our legal and insurance advisors. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Access, update, or correct your information through your account settings or by contacting us.
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are required or permitted to retain.
Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and of text messages by replying STOP.
Opt out of appearing in marketing photography or video by notifying us in writing, as described in our Client Liability Waiver.

11. Children and Minors
Our services are not directed to children. Participants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age, and any participant under nineteen (19) years of age must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who provides that participant's information and consents to this policy on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen (16) years of age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
